A ship finance professional that commenced his career in 1994 in the banking sector having worked in Greece and the United Kingdom for Barclays Bank Plc, Alpha Bank London Limited, Bank of Nova Scotia, and lastly FBBank as Director of the Bank's Shipping Division. In 2012, pursued a private career as Maritime Business Professional and in 2015 joined IMS as Group CFO until recently when he joined Crossworld Group.
With his in-depth knowledge of all internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements for companies and finance, and his extensive knowledge and understanding of local Philippines regulatory requirements in particular as well, Mr. Anastassiou will serve as the regulatory and financial backbone of our group and its companies.
