June 8th, 2017 ELEAZAR G. DIAZ

Captain Diaz obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation from the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) in 1982. He started his career at sea as a Deck Cadet earning his Master’s license in 1994. He has sailed and had gained a well rounded experience on various types of vessels as officer and master. Capt. Diaz held various positions of responsibility in shore-based jobs as Managing Director, Port Captain, Operation’s Manager/Designated Person Ashore (DPA) in a ship management company, and Academic Professor in in Marine Transportation at the PMMA.

He has served the company as the President and Ceo from 2004 until his retirement in may 2016.

Capt. Diaz currently holds the title of Chairman Emeritus and he is the Executive Director of the STCW Office in MARINA (Maritime Industry Authority of the Phillipines).

June 8th, 2017 MARK HENRICK F. HILVANO

Mackie is a Certified Public Accountant who started out his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before joining Crossworld Marine Services, Inc. in June 2004, he was the Director for Finance of Frigate Holdings and Management Corporation, which manages among others, the exclusive dealerships for Jaguar, Land Rover and Ferrari in the Philippines, as well as other affiliates and subsidiaries engaged in security and surveillance, construction, property development, and food service.

He has been the groups Chief financial Officer tfor the last 12 years.

Mr. Hilvano currently holds the position of the President/Managing director.

June 8th, 2017 RAMONCITO A. MENDOZA

Mr. Mendoza obtained his bachelor degree of science in civil engineer from Feti University in 1981, Bachelor degree of science in Marine transportation from PMMA in 1987 and has Studied with success from 1995 to 1997 in PMMA for Master of Arts in Maritime Education.

Ranoncito has more than twelve years of working experience in Crew management field filling the position from marine personal officer to crew manager. He filled also the vacancy of “Assistant Professor in PMMA from 1995 to 1997.

Mr. Mendoza is the Operations manager of “Crossworld” handling various types of vessel such as Containers, ROROs, LPGs, Chemical and Bulk Carriers.

June 8th, 2017 ARNOLD U. MENDOZA

Mr. Arnold U. Mendoza graduated at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) in 1989.

He has more than twelve years of sailing experience on board of various types of vessels with European principals.

Before Joining “Crossworld” in 2004 he was the crew manager for Teekay Shipping based in Philippines since 1999.

Mr. Mendoza has been the senior crewing manager of Crossworld for the last 5 years he is now the Vice President of the company since june 2015.

June 8th, 2017 GEORGE ROUSSIS

George is a licensed Mechanical Engineer, holding BSc from Piraeus Technical University.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and business development holding the position of Marketing Manager in automotive parts company.

Prior joining Crossworld Marine Services Inc. and since 2001 he was working for Vships Marine Services, a licensed Manning Company in the Philippines as principal’s representative.

Mr. Roussis joined “Crossworld” in 2004 as Operation Manager at Crossworld's European Branch Office.

June 8th, 2017 ROCHELLE REYES

Jill has obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from De La Salle University in 1998. She has more than a decade of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing --executed massive Recruitment Drives in the Philippines to provide to global clients.

She has been part of the pioneer team of Convergys, world's largest global contact center.

She has handled the Recruitment and Operations of Meranti Magsaysay in Indonesia (Jakarta and Bali), Pipeline Management and Recruitment of Magsaysay, providing global opportunities for Filipinos both in the sea-based and land based industries.

Mrs. Reyes is currently the Human Resources Director of Crossworld Marine Services Inc.

June 8th, 2017 EMMANUEL PASCUA

Nel obtained his BS degree in Marine Transportation from Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) in 1983. Has been a chief engineer with over 30 years of shipboard experienced aboard different type of international vessels such as product/crude oil tanker, bulk Carrier and container ships.

From the sea, he moved ashore and held various office key position at local and abroad. Among them were crew training and operation manager, PMS developer, technical consultant, vice president superintendent, Liberia flag state auditor and currently head of the technical department.

Engr. Pascua currently holds the position of a Technical Director of the company.
